1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
For Employers:
- If you accidentally make a payment for a job posting or a subscription that you did not intend to purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
- If you have paid for a job post but the posting has not been fulfilled (i.e., no applicants have responded or no applications have been reviewed), you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of posting.
- If the freelancer or professional you hired does not meet the agreed-upon terms and expectations within the first 72 hours of starting the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.
For Job Seekers/Freelancers:
- If you have paid for any premium services (such as profile boosts, resume enhancements, or premium job access) and the service has not been delivered as promised, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
- If you are not satisfied with the service due to technical issues or non-delivery of service features, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days.
2. Refund Process

- Transaction details (payment date, amount)
- Reason for the refund request

- Approval or Rejection: You will be notified within 5-7 business days whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Payments for services already delivered, including job interviews, project work, or job placements.
- Premium subscriptions or packages that have been fully accessed or used beyond the refund eligibility period.
- Any fees or charges for non-refundable services outlined in the job posting or agreed-upon contract.
4. Disputes with Freelancers or Employers
If you have a dispute with a freelancer or employer regarding work quality or terms, HireProw encourages both parties to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, HireProw will offer support to mediate the situation but will not be responsible for directly refunding payments between employers and freelancers.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, HireProw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. Any chargeback fees or penalties incurred by HireProw will be passed on to you.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
HireProw reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through notifications on our website. Any updates to the Refund Policy will become effective immediately upon posting.
